Almir Koldzic


Almir is a Co-Founder and Co-Director of Counterpoints Arts. He has worked for over 12 years on developing creative strategies for engaging with refugee and migrant experiences.

Áine O`Brien


Áine O’Brien is Co-Founder and Co-Director of Counterpoints Arts, London. Her creative productions to date (across documentary film, print, exhibition and curation) explore global storylines linking migration with social justice.

Emily Churchill Zaraa

Refugee Week UK

Emily is Refugee Week UK Coordinator at Counterpoints Arts. She has a background in media, music and community work and previously coordinated My Journey, a multimedia storytelling project at Migrants Resource Centre.

Nike Jonah

Pop Culture & Social Change Producer

Nike has recently joined Counterpoints arts as Creative Producer on our new Pop Culture and Social Change initiative.

Tom Green


Tom Green has managed the Platforma project since 2011 and produced the Platforma Festival in London (2011), Manchester (2013) and Leicester (2015).

Dijana Rakovic

Production Manager

Dijana’s background is in visual arts. She joined the Counterpoints Arts team in 2012 as the Project Manager for Celebrating Sanctuary London and Simple Acts projects.

Chiedza Mhondoro

Office Manager

Chiedza is Counterpoints Arts’ Office Manager. Her background is in Visual Art and she has previously worked in museums and arts centres on exhibitions, public programming and arts education.
